Terms & Conditions

  1. Samples must be submitted to our laboratory along with a duly filled Test Request Form (click to download) and proper labeling.
  2. GST will be applicable on testing charges, courier charges, and any additional services as per applicable government norms.
  3. GST / IGST @ 18.00% is applicable as per Government rules. If your billing address is outside Gujarat, kindly inform us in advance via email or mention clearly in the Purchase Order. Once the invoice is generated, changes in GST type (CGST/IGST) will not be possible."
  4. The laboratory shall not be responsible for any legal issues arising due to non-compliance.
  5. Payment terms: 100% advance (or as mutually agreed).
  6. Test reports will be issued only after receipt of full payment.
  7. Results apply only to sample received.
  8. The results are applicable only to the sample as received and are not representative of the entire lot or consignment.
  9. Seed quality parameters such as germination and vigour may change due to storage conditions, handling, and environmental factors after testing.
  10. Turnaround Time (TAT): Approximately 35 days, and TAT shall be counted from the date of sample receipt at the laboratory.
  11. Urgent Testing Charges: For results within 7 days : Rs. 50,000 per sample (additional), For results within 14 days : Rs. 25,000 per sample (additional).
  12. Urgent testing feasibility depends on the crop-specific germination period and technical requirements , and acceptance is subject to laboratory approval.
  13. In case of insufficient sample quantity, only feasible tests will be performed, and the same will be mentioned in the report.
  14. If any specific reporting requirements (e.g., sample ID, crop variety name, labeling format, special remarks) are needed, please inform at the time of sample submission.
  15. Additional tests beyond the agreed scope will be carried out only after client approval and will be charged separately.
  16. The laboratory is not responsible for sample deterioration, damage, or contamination during transit.
  17. Samples once tested will be retained for a limited period as per laboratory policy and then disposed of.
  18. The test report cannot be reproduced except in full without prior written approval of the laboratory.
  19. The laboratory does not provide varietal identity confirmation unless specifically requested under molecular testing services.
  20. For molecular analysis (e.g., DNA fingerprinting), results are based on reference controls and internal quality criteria.
  21. Reports issued are not intended for legal proceedings. In case results are required for legal purposes, prior discussion and written consent from the laboratory are mandatory.
  22. Any dispute arising from the test results must be reported within 7 days of report issuance.
  23. Jurisdiction: In case of any dispute, Anand Judiciary (Gujarat) shall be considered as the competent jurisdiction.
  24. The laboratory shall not entertain any request for change in Company Name or Variety Name after 3 working days from sample registration. Such changes may impact traceability, data integrity, and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements; hence, no exceptions will be permitted.
  25. Original test report submission (hard copy or authenticated digital copy) is mandatory for any amendment request. Requests without original report shall be summarily rejected.
  26. The laboratory reserves the right to reject any amendment request that may compromise data integrity, traceability, or compliance with ISO/IEC 17025.
  27. No verbal or informal communication shall be considered valid. Any mutual understanding must be documented in written form with proper authorization from both parties.
  28. The laboratory will not initiate testing without receipt of work order / purchase order / email confirmation
  29. As part of our environmental initiative, reports are issued in digital format (PDF). Hard copies will be provided only upon request.
