Requirements vary by test. follow ISTA Chapter 2. Molecular tests (DNA fingerprinting, hybrid testing) require a minimum of 1000–5000 seeds. ELISA requires fresh or properly stored plant/seed tissue. Contact us for specific requirements for your crop and test.
